Rolling out the same automation across twelve markets sounds like it should be a copy-paste exercise. In practice, every market had a different CRM, a different set of compliance rules, and a support team working in a different primary language, and the workflow had to account for all three without turning into twelve separate systems to maintain.

One workflow, twelve configurations

Rather than build twelve versions of the same automation, the team built one workflow with the market-specific logic pulled out into configuration: which CRM to write to, which data-residency region to store payloads in, and which language to route language-detection output through. The workflow graph itself never changed between markets.

Data residency mattered more than expected. Two of the twelve markets required customer data to stay within a specific region end to end, so Aigent’s region-pinning options for step execution and storage did the work that would otherwise have meant standing up separate infrastructure per region.

What scaling actually took

Rolling out to a new market now takes about three days: point the workflow at the new CRM’s credentials, confirm the residency setting, and run a week of shadow traffic before switching it live. The first market took six weeks to get right. The twelfth took three days, because the workflow itself was already solved.
